Let us make your afternoons easier! Our After-School Pickup Program provides transportation from school to the studio so dancers can arrive safely and ready for class. The program is available for a fee of $20 per day and includes a daily snack. We encourage families to pack additional snacks if their dancer may need one before class.

Dancers attending PS31, PS34, PS84, PS110, and St. Stans will walk to the studio with KPL staff. Dancers attending PS132 will be transported using a ride-share service. For dancers attending Arbor, transportation may be by walking or ride-share depending on the number of dancers enrolled in the pickup.

In cases of inclement weather or other circumstances where walking is not safe, KPL may utilize a ride-share service for the safety of our dancers and staff. Any ride-share costs will be divided among the dancers using the service that day, and the applicable fee will be billed to each participating family.

Attendance Notification Policy

It is extremely important that families notify KPL if their dancer will not need to be picked up from school on a scheduled day. Parents may email the studio or text 623-523-1644 to report an absence.

For the safety of our dancers, staff will not leave a pickup location without confirming that an absent dancer is not attending that day. When we do not receive advance notice, our staff must wait for confirmation, which delays the entire group and can cause all dancers to arrive late to the studio. Your communication helps ensure a safe, timely, and smooth pickup process for everyone.
